We believe it is important to transfer knowledge and enable our clients to do at least the basic maintenance (Level 1). We identify the best candidate from your team, do some training and then start a hand-holding process for a few months after which we then step back and continue with level 2 and 3 support
It depends on the availability of source-code. If the solution was originally developed by us, we will ensure it is current and updated with the latest versions. If not developed by us, further discussion need to take place regarding possible replacements and upgrades or we can also engage with the supplier of the original solution and transfer the required knowledge to ensure we are able to maintain it.
